The WBJ reported this morning that three church properties and a single-story concrete building in Brookland will be razed to make way for a new Lock 7 development. The developer is set to construct a 22-unit multifamily building designed to look like 11 townhouses, each with a pair of duplex units. Check out the rendering below:
